Treatment Supervisor/Mental Health Professional

Job Type: Full-Time | Setting: Mental Health / Community-Based Services

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker/Therapist to provide clinical assessment, treatment planning, rehabilitation support, and clinical leadership for adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans.
• Coordinate admissions and treatment team meetings.
• Provide clinical leadership and direction to staff.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide staff training on mental health treatment.
• Coordinate care with treatment teams and external providers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active Minnesota license as LICSW, LPCC, LP, LMFT
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
