About the role
Maintain mental health services in a community setting. Provide supervision and support to mental health professionals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor mental health professionals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations
- Provide crisis intervention and support
- Develop and implement training programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Licenses/certifications in mental health fields
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with data management and reporting
Skills
- Knowledge of mental health disorders
- Proficiency in clinical assessment tools
- Experience with group therapy and individual counseling
