Treatment Supervisor-Mental Health Practitioner/Case Manager focused

Job Summary

Treatment Supervisors provide clinical and treatment supervision in accordance with licensing board requirements. They also provide clinical guidance that supports quality care, professional development, and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to assigned interns, clinical trainees, MHPs, and case managers
• Review documentation and billing for quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Support professional growth and clinical skill development
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, and administrative supervisors when performance concerns arise

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Flexible scheduling, generally between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Salaried positions: 40–43 hours per week, with additional hours as needed
• Hourly positions: Up to 40 hours per week; overtime requires pre-approval

Travel

• No travel requirements for this position

Required Education And Experience

• Active licensure as one of the following: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP
• Eligibility to provide supervision per licensing board standards
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record (for community-based roles)
• Ability to pass required criminal background checks

Preferred Education And Experience

• Experience working with children, adults, and families
• Prior supervisory experience
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
