About the role
Provides therapeutic counseling interventions and psycho-education to patients and their families on an outpatient basis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
- Provide psycho-education to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess and document patient progress
- Participate in staff meetings and case conferences
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or health related field
- Basic Life Support (Facility Managed)
- Family counseling or therapist experience
