About the role

Provides therapeutic counseling interventions and psycho-education to patients and their families on an outpatient basis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
  • Provide psycho-education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Assess and document patient progress
  • Participate in staff meetings and case conferences

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or health related field
  • Basic Life Support (Facility Managed)
  • Family counseling or therapist experience
