About the role

Provides therapeutic counseling interventions and psycho-education to patients and their families on an outpatient basis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
  • Provide psycho-educational workshops to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Assess and document patient progress
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or health related field
  • Family counseling or therapist experience

Qualifications

  • Current license to practice psychology or social work in the state of practice
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
