About the role
We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programming at a Crisis Stabilization Center.
Responsibilities
- Providing assessment, treatment planning, and individual, family, group, and milieu therapy
- Supporting quality services and program development
- Serving as a clinical resource, mentor, and educator for staff
- Coordinating care with healthcare professionals and community resources
- Ensuring adherence to standards of practice and supporting program goals
Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Alaska Masters Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license upon hire
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
