Mental Health Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
• Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment
• Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors
• Aid in patient groups and activities
• Work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs
• Provide trauma-informed and age-specific care
• Maintain therapeutic boundaries and utilize crisis intervention techniques

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• 3-5 years experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is required
• College student who have obtained or are pursuing their degree in behavioral health, psychology, or human services are preferred
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Impeccable Judgment & professionalism
• Ability to maintain composure in a crisis situation
