Men’s Wellness PA/NP
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our luxury wellness practice specializing in men’s health. The primary location will be a new location opening in Marlboro that the PA/NP will be growing. Lombardi has secondary locations that may be worked from on other days in Monmouth County. With men’s health being the primary focus, female hormone replacement is an additional opportunity with the existing patient base and growth potential. This role is dedicated to delivering elevated, personalized care to an adult male patient population in the fields of male sexual health, weight-loss and longevity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments for adult male patients, including health history review, physical evaluation, and risk stratification
- Create and manage individualized wellness and preventive care plans consistent with evidence-based practices and NJ scope-of-practice standards
- Address health topics commonly associated with men’s wellness, including metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, weight management, energy levels, sleep, stress, and preventive screening
- Provide clear, thoughtful education to support informed decision-making and sustainable behavior change
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), blood draws, other related medications as needed
- Administer P-shots, shockwave therapy, male enhancement such as dermal fillers
- Perform injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, as applicable, with a focus on natural, subtle, and patient-appropriate outcomes
- Conduct aesthetic consultations, assessing patient goals, anatomy, and medical history to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, risks, benefits, and post-procedure care
- Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience marked by professionalism, empathy, and discretion
- Build trust and rapport through attentive listening, continuity of care, and consistent follow-up
- Support patient engagement, adherence, and accountability throughout their wellness journey
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Document visits, assessments, and plans accurately and efficiently in the EMR
- Identify when referrals, diagnostics, or escalation of care are appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted New Jersey license as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, MD
- National board certification (NCCPA for PAs; AANP or ANCC for NPs, MD)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, preventive care, wellness, or related settings
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging adult patient populations
- Proficiency with EMRs and digital health platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with men’s health or male patient populations
- Background in preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, or integrative health
- Experience in concierge medicine, private practice, or luxury healthcare environments
- Training in motivational interviewing or health coaching
