FNP or PA | BETA Technologies - Expanding Men's Health Access

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization while partnering with a pioneering leader in the aerospace industry. We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong interest in men's health to join our dynamic clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relationship-based primary care, with a particular focus on men's preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management
• Serve the healthcare needs of the broader adult and pediatric patient population
• Care for a significant population of adult male patients, addressing preventive care, chronic conditions, lifestyle health, and overall wellness through a patient-centered approach
• Utilize resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD, which are free of charge to you and your patients
• Work autonomously with a company that puts PATIENTS first, and values ingenuity, courage, community and FUN!

Requirements

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required
• Experience treating children and adults including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit required
• Interest or experience in men's health, preventive care, and patient engagement preferred
• Full Practice Authority is strongly preferred where applicable per State guidelines

Qualifications

• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients effectively
• Knowledge of men's health and preventive care
