Memory Care Program Supervisor – Senior Living

About the role

The Reminiscence Supervisor provides hands-on leadership in a memory care setting, overseeing daily operations and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. This role involves supervising the reminiscence team, managing staffing, scheduling, and documentation, and supporting Life Skills programming.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident conditions and escalate concerns as needed
• Facilitate family meetings and education sessions
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Promote dementia-specific best practices
• Partner with leadership for training and performance support

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or dementia care
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Sunrise systems)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
