Reminiscence Supervisor The Reminiscence Supervisor provides hands-on leadership within a memory care environment, overseeing daily operations and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. They supervise and support the reminiscence team, ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards, and promote best practices in dementia care. The role involves assisting with staffing, scheduling, and documentation, as well as monitoring resident conditions and escalating concerns appropriately. They actively support family meetings, education sessions, and engagement activities, and collaborate with leadership on training and performance development.
