About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Memory Care Director to lead person-centered services in a senior care community. This on-site leadership role involves guiding nursing staff, coordinating care with clinical and therapy teams, and ensuring residents receive dignified, safe, and individualized support in a homelike setting.
Responsibilities
- Guide and supervise nursing staff
- Coordinate resident care plans with clinical and therapy teams
- Ensure residents receive dignified, safe, and individualized support
- Work closely with residents’ families
- Foster teamwork and integrity among the care team
- Support quality care in a homelike environment
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN or LVN license
- Experience in memory care, long-term care, skilled nursing, or leadership (preferred)
