About the role
We are seeking a Memory Care Director to lead person-centered memory care within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. This role offers an opportunity to grow as a clinical leader while making a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Guiding care teams and supporting individualized care planning to ensure residents receive dignified and attentive support in a safe, homelike environment.
- Collaborating with residents' families and interdisciplinary colleagues to promote optimal care.
- Coaching staff and maintaining consistent clinical practices and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN or LVN license.
- Experience in memory care and leadership preferred.
- Strong commitment to servant leadership, teamwork, integrity, and respect.
