Responsibilities
- Lead person-centered dementia care in a senior-care community.
- Oversee daily memory care operations and guide nursing and care staff.
- Develop and monitor individualized care plans ensuring safe, dignified support for residents.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with families, physicians, therapists, and colleagues.
- Support staff development and promote teamwork and integrity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Texas RN or LVN license.
- Clinical experience with dementia care.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to servant leadership.
