About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Memory Care Director (RN or LVN) to lead resident-centered memory care in a senior-care community.

Responsibilities

• Guiding nursing staff and coordinating individualized care plans
• Creating a safe, dignified, homelike environment for residents with dementia and cognitive conditions
• Collaborating with residents, families, physicians, therapists, and team members
• Supporting staff training and promoting teamwork
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed RN or LVN with compassion and leadership abilities
