About the role

Responsibilities

• Support Member services including account opening, maintenance, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to a positive Member experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or financial services role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
