About the role

The Senior Member Solutions Specialist (Collections) plays a crucial role in enhancing member satisfaction and collections efforts. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies that improve member engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance member satisfaction and collections performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in member engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in collections and member engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or customer relationship management.
  • Proven track record of improving member satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
