Member Service Representative I

About the role

Connections Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Service Representative for our Heyburn branch. We're a $250 million credit union serving southern Idaho with a 85-year legacy of excellent service to over 20,000 members. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with members, processing transactions involving cash and checks.
• Promote credit union services while delivering professional and friendly member service.
• Occasionally travel to various Magic Valley branches to assist with teller operations during staff shortages or absences. Reliable transportation and flexibility with travel are required.

Requirements

• Highly proficient in cash handling, including multiple denominations and large amounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding member accounts and sensitive information.
• Basic financial knowledge.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Must be bondable.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Pay

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Eligible employees may also receive annual incentives above the hourly wage.
