Responsibilities

• Greet members and handle everyday transactions accurately and confidently
• Listen, ask questions, and connect members with the right accounts, loans, or digital tools
• Maintain cash drawer balance and follow security and compliance standards
• Support daily branch operations, including opening/closing and audit assistance
• Answer banking questions and deepen member relationships

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with people
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with a knack for solving problems
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right
• Flexibility to travel to nearby branches as needed
• A high school diploma or equivalent
