Member Service Representative I

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with members and process member transactions, primarily dealing in cash and checks.
• Promote the credit union and its services while providing professional and friendly service to members.
• Occasionally travel to various East Idaho branches to assist with teller operations in the event of absent employees and/or short-staffed branches.

Requirements

• Highly proficient in cash handling, especially with multiple denominations and large amounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality regarding member accounts and sensitive information.
• Basic financial knowledge.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Must be bondable.

Schedule

Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 5:30pm

Pay

$16-$21 per hour, depending on experience. Annual incentives if eligible.
