About the Role

The Member Service Associate (MSA) provides essential financial services by handling deposits, withdrawals, and money transactions accurately. They welcome visitors, verify and process checks and cash, record transactions electronically, balance cash drawers, manage account holds, and assist members with inquiries and product sales. The role requires collaboration with other departments and proficiency in using transaction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process money orders, cash advances, gift cards, and loan payments
• Assist members with financial transactions
