About the role
As a Member Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members through various channels including in-person, phone, and online. You will assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and referrals to other services.Responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
- Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers efficiently.
- Refer members to appropriate services based on their needs.
- Ensure all transactions are completed securely and in compliance with credit union policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
