Member Experience Representative - $21/HR
Administers health insurance benefits for members. Representatives take calls from providers and members regarding claims, benefits, and eligibility. 50-60 incoming calls daily.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls from members and providers regarding benefit verification and claims status questions
- Administer health insurance benefits
Requirements
- 1+ years of administrative or call center experience
Schedule
- Training: 3 weeks, 9 am–3:30 pm (30 hours/week)
- Post-training: 40 hours/week with availability from 7 am–7 pm; assigned an 8-hour shift within that window
- Hybrid schedule after 90 days
Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.82–$25.82/hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
