CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE $21/HR - IMMEDIATE HIRE

About the role

Immediate Claims Call Center Representative needed, starting next week. Opportunity to work with one of the largest insurance/retirement benefit organizations in the area.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Flexible between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• An 8-hour shift will be assigned within those hours
• On-site in White Plains, NY

Pay

$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Field calls from clients and customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
• Receive upward of 100–150 calls per day
• Enter customer information and conversation details into database while fielding inbound calls
• Provide the utmost level of customer service on every call
• Handle inbound phone calls in a high-volume switchboard environment
• Answer calls with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner
• Multi-task and provide clerical support as assigned by the department

Qualifications

• 1 year of call-center customer-service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
