We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like About Us, Our Values, etc. Must preserve substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About The Role: description: "Kitsap Credit Union is actively hiring for Member Associate I, II and III (Teller/Personal Banker) positions all over the area, including: our Bremerton Harborside branch. These positions are responsible for creating exceptional member experience while processing transactions, as well as offering and demonstrating all-digital, remote and self-service options." - Quick Facts: Reports to: Branch Manager; Employment Type: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt, in-person; Bonus Target: 5% of base pay potential incentive bonus if the credit union hits its goals; Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM; Grade: 5BC; Industry: Banking - Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. - Member Associate I – Junior Teller $22.28 - $23.00/hour depending on experience - Qualifications And Education Requirements for each level. - Supervisory Status: These positions do not supervise others. - Working Conditions: description. - Our Values: not needed. - What We Offer: benefits list. - Additional statements: "All roles have 5% potential incentive of base pay." - Employment contingent upon background checks, EEO etc (boilerplate to remove). We need to map to sections: - About the role: use the About The Role paragraph. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities list. - Requirements: maybe combine Qualifications And Education Requirements? But we have separate Qualifications and Skills? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content for: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes (Essential Duties). - Requirements: maybe the "Qualifications And Education Requirements" (education, experience). Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we could split: Requirements = experience/education; Qualifications = specific skills? However we have no separate skills list besides maybe "Identify and contribute new ideas..." etc. Could treat that as Skills. - Benefits: What We Offer list. - Pay: we have hourly rates for each level, plus bonus target 5% base pay. - Schedule: Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM; also mention must be able to work Saturdays and extended business hours. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". The pay rates are specific. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity etc. We must preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll create sections as needed. Let's extract details. About the role paragraph: "Kitsap Credit Union is actively hiring for Member Associate I, II and III (Teller/Personal Banker) positions all over the area, including: our Bremerton Harborside branch. These positions are responsible for creating exceptional member experience while processing transactions, as well as offering and demonstrating all-digital, remote and self-service options." Responsibilities list (Essential Duties And Responsibilities): - Assist members with their financial needs and transactions. - Identify, develop, and refer business relationships to build market position. - Educate and introduce current and new members to new products and services and assist in self-service options. - Foster and maintain constructive member relationships. - Review and maintain knowledge of products. - Understand and recommend products and services based on the member’s needs. - Participate in sales and community events to contribute to branch and credit union goals. - Use effective sales techniques that result in a positive member experience and meet or exceed sales goals. - Maintain knowledge and adhere to operational, regulatory, security, and compliance standards. - Accept and process all financial transactions accurately. - Maintain responsibility and follows proper balancing procedures. - Promote and effectively demonstrate digital, remote and self-serve options, with continual education as new products and digital services are introduced. - Proactively generate new memberships through branch sales activities. Also note: "Member Associate I – Junior Teller $22.28 - $23.00/hour depending on experience" etc. That's pay. Qualifications And Education Requirements: For I: High school diploma or GED required; 6 months of cash handling, customer service, and/or retail sales experience. For II: High school diploma or GED required; 6 months of Financial Institution experience; 6 months of cash handling, customer service, and/or retail sales experience. For III: High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of Financial Institution experience with New Accounts and Consumer Lending experience (HE/HELOC experience preferred but not required); 1 year of cash handling, customer service, and/or retail sales experience; Identify and contribute new ideas and methods to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of processes and procedures; Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) within 30 days of hire and comply with the SAFE Act regulations; Meet or exceed referral and sales goals; Provide guidance, training, and support to junior team members; Assist members and non-members in opening share, new accounts, and basic lending. Also note: "All roles have 5% potential incentive of base pay." Supervisory Status: These positions do not supervise others. Working Conditions: description. We need to decide which sections to include. We have: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: could be the education/experience requirements (maybe combine all levels? Could list bullet points for each level? Might be lengthy but okay.) - Qualifications: maybe the specific skills like "Identify and contribute new ideas..." etc. But we could also treat that as part of Requirements. - Skills: maybe not needed. - Benefits: yes. - Pay: yes (hourly rates plus bonus). - Schedule: yes (working hours plus Saturday/extended hours). We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. Let's craft: maybe not needed; just headings and content. We'll output:
