MedSurg RN Job

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for diverse patient populations and develop individualized care plans based on assessments
• Prepare medical equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
• Administer, document, and monitor prescribed medications
• Respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate actions
• Perform dressing changes, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed
