Responsibilities
- Deliver bedside care to a diverse patient population
- Conduct individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans
- Prepare medical equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate alternative actions when needed
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong assessment skills
- Clinical proficiency in medication administration, wound care, and invasive procedures
- Ability to respond promptly to patient needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
