About the role
Provide comprehensive bedside care to adult patients, including assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and post-operative monitoring. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient care accurately in the EHR and offer education to patients and their families.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical skills in MedSurg settings
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment
