Role: MedSurg RN Responsibilities: Provide bedside care for diverse patients, conduct individualized assessments, and develop personalized care plans. Assist physicians during examinations and treatments, prepare equipment, and support patient procedures. Key duties include preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications, responding to adverse symptoms with alternative actions, and performing tasks such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, medication administration experience, and the ability to respond promptly to patient needs. Competence in performing procedural tasks such as dressing changes and IV insertions is essential.
