MedSurg RN Job

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population.
• Conduct individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
• Prepare medical equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate interventions.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to patient needs and adverse symptoms.
• Proficiency in medication administration and basic medical procedures.
