MedSurg RN Job

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for diverse patients and develop individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Administer, record, and monitor prescribed medications.
• Respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate interventions.
• Perform dressing changes, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
