MedSurg RN Job

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to diverse patients, perform individualized assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Recognize and initiate alternative actions for adverse symptoms.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Proficiency in medication administration.
• Ability to respond quickly to patient needs.
• Comfortable with invasive procedures and patient monitoring.
