Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and healthcare professionals
- Manage budgets
- Manage staffing
- Implement procedures to enhance client care and efficiency of business operations
Requirements
- Culture Leader and Staff Management: Foster a positive and supportive team culture, manage schedules, ensure performance expectations, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Staff Hiring and Training: Lead recruitment, assess cultural fit, make hiring decisions, develop training programs, and become an expert in EMR and POS systems.
- Policies and Procedures (Compliance): Implement necessary policies and procedures to maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
- Financial Management: Oversee budget, monitor expenses and revenue, manage inventory, oversee equipment maintenance, and oversee marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies.
Qualifications
- Effective leadership capabilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in technology systems, including EMR platforms and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Skills
- Experience in managing a healthcare facility or similar business
- Experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or health services administration preferred
