Medspa Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and healthcare professionals
• Manage budgets
• Manage staffing
• Implement procedures to enhance client care and efficiency of business operations

Requirements

• Culture Leader and Staff Management: Foster a positive and supportive team culture, manage schedules, ensure performance expectations, and implement performance improvement plans.
• Staff Hiring and Training: Lead recruitment, assess cultural fit, make hiring decisions, develop training programs, and become an expert in EMR and POS systems.
• Policies and Procedures (Compliance): Implement necessary policies and procedures to maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
• Financial Management: Oversee budget, monitor expenses and revenue, manage inventory, oversee equipment maintenance, and oversee marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies.

• Effective leadership capabilities
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in technology systems, including EMR platforms and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Skills

• Experience in managing a healthcare facility or similar business
• Experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on customer service
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or health services administration preferred
