About the role

The MedSpa Manager at Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical aesthetic practice, ensuring adherence to Five-Star Service Standards. Key responsibilities include opening and closing the medspa, managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory, coordinating contracted services, and ensuring compliance with licensing and training requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing of the medspa.
  • Maintain reception area, transaction counter and retail displays.
  • Partners with Human Resources for employee career cycle matters.
  • Coach, mentor, and train staff as needed.
  • Manage staff scheduling.
  • Ensure all compliance of staff with licensures, training, etc.
  • Set expectations and complete quarterly and annual performance reviews.
  • Maintain inventory on all medical, spa and office supplies.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements with daily sales reports.
  • Cordination of contracted services such as housekeeping, linens, pest control, machines, etc.
  • Serve as the medspa facility's marketing representative in the community.
  • Ensure clinicians chart all consents and standing orders accordingly and HIPPA forms are signed and included in patient charts.

Qualifications

  • College degree: Sales/marketing emphasis preferred.
  • One to two years of dermatologic/aesthetics experience.
  • One to two years of management experience.
