Job Summary
The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and administrative operations of the clinic. Responsibilities include liaising with patients and healthcare providers, managing budgets, managing staffing, and implementing procedures that enhance client care, drive the clinic’s sales and client experience performance, and improve the efficiency of business operations. The right candidate will be equally adept in delivering excellent patient service and using critical thinking skills to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Culture Leader and Staff Management: Foster a positive and supportive team culture that emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and patient-focused care. Manage the administrative and clinical staff schedule to ensure sufficient coverage and efficient operations, including coordination with functional health providers. Ensure staff is meeting performance expectations and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Staff Hiring and Training: Lead the recruitment process for new staff members, conducting interviews, assessing cultural fit, and making hiring decisions. Develop comprehensive training programs for new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Become an expert on the electronic medical records and point-of-sale system and continually train staff on best practices.
- Client Experience and Sales: Own the clinic’s client experience and sales performance, monitoring conversion, retention, and rebooking rates against goals. Ensure a seamless client journey from intake through treatment, particularly for functional health services. Resolve client escalations with professionalism and a solutions-first approach.
- Policies and Procedures (Compliance): Implement necessary policies and procedures to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and scope-of-practice requirements. Ensure the clinic operates by the company’s high standards and guidelines.
- Financial Management: Oversee the clinic’s budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial stability and growth. Manage inventory, including ordering critical medical products and general supplies to maintain sufficient stock levels. Oversee the maintenance and repair of clinic equipment, ensuring that all medical devices are in proper working condition to provide safe and effective treatments.
- Marketing and Advertising: Oversee marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure effective use of various channels, such as online platforms and local advertising.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas where the clinic’s processes can be improved and develop strategies to address these areas. Always use good judgment.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or health services administration is preferred
