Medication Partner - Part Time

About the role

We are seeking a Medication Partner to join a dedicated team in providing compassionate care to residents in a supportive environment that values growth, promotes from within, and prioritizes resident care and team appreciation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and maintain proper records
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care
• Create a human connection through empathy and foster an inclusive environment
• Be proactive in supporting residents' needs and ensuring their well-being

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Appropriate state certification in good standing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and mature interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist residents physically
• Clear criminal background and good health verified by medical screening
