About the role
We are seeking a Day Shift Medication Aide to join our team, with responsibilities focused on administering medications and providing quality care to seniors.
Requirements
- HCA or CNA certification is mandatory for all Medication Aides.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds routinely.
- Pass criminal background check.
- CPR and BLS certification preferred.
- Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and safely.
- Provide compassionate care that enhances residents' quality of life.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in senior care settings is advantageous.
Schedule
Full-Time or Part-Time positions available on the day shift from 6:30am to 3:00pm.
Pay
Competitive wages ranging from $23.62 to $25.00 per hour based on certification.
