Medicare Sales Agent - Hybrid in Miami, FL
About the role
The role involves answering incoming calls from prospective members, providing information and assistance, and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits. The position requires obtaining necessary state insurance licenses and meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from prospective members, identifying their needs and converting them to qualified leads and sales
- Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining active listening and engagement
- Explain the differences between products and assist in selecting the best options for members
- Complete enrollment applications over the phone, ensuring compliance with product requirements and guidelines
- Meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals
- Obtain all necessary state insurance licenses within 30 days of starting the role
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, during the training period and on a rotating schedule
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 4+ years of customer service/sales experience
- Ability to work regular shifts, including weekends, during the training period and on a rotating schedule
- Live within a commutable distance to the Miami, FL office
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Flexibility to adapt to different communication styles and personalities
Skills
Knowledge of the product portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Pay and Schedule
Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $24.04 per hour, with the possibility of bonuses based on sales performance. The position is full-time with flexibility based on the seasonality of the business.

Schedule
