Medicare Insurance Agent - Remote

About the role

We are seeking motivated, licensed Medicare Sales Agents to join our team for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). In this 100% remote outbound sales role, you will connect with prospective and current members to help them evaluate, choose, and enroll in the best health plan options for their unique needs—primarily focusing on Medicare Advantage (MA) products. The temporary contract runs from August/September through AEP (December 7), with top performers eligible for extension through OEP (March 31) or consideration for full‑time, benefits‑eligible positions.

Responsibilities

• Hold an active Health and Life Insurance license.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current members to review plan options, answer questions, and explain plan details.
• Assess distinct prospect needs and guide them toward selecting appropriate Medicare Advantage products.
• Complete phone enrollment applications accurately, completely, and in full compliance with product guidelines and CMS regulations.
• Build friendly, empathetic, and trusting relationships on every call.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, CMS rules, state licensure requirements, appointments, and annual product certifications.
• Work weekends as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Health and Life Insurance license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience selling Medicare and/or other insurance product lines preferred.
• Prior outbound sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) required.

Pay

Schedule

Flexibility required during operating hours Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM EST, with possible Saturday overtime. Typical shift: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
