Role Overview

A Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent working remotely, responsible for assisting customers with understanding their health coverage, providing personalized product recommendations, and handling sales and renewals. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service through active listening, compassion, and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in selecting suitable health insurance products based on their needs
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions for service, sales, and follow-up
• Respond with empathy, identify additional customer needs, and promote upgrades
• Complete policy sales and renewals, achieving sales targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Current health insurance license in the resident state
• Minimum six months sales experience
• High-speed internet (>25 Mbps download, >10 Mbps upload)
• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer navigation and remote work tools
• Ability to follow HIPAA privacy guidelines with integrity
