Role Overview

A Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent working remotely to assist customers with understanding and selecting health insurance products, providing exceptional service, and facilitating sales and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Help individuals understand coverage options and recommend suitable health plans.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with compassion and active listening.
• Identify additional customer needs and promote upgrades or additional services.
• Complete sales and renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current health insurance license in the resident state.
• Minimum six months sales experience and strong customer service skills.
• High-speed internet (>25 Mbps download, >10 Mbps upload).
• High school diploma or equivalent and strong computer navigation skills.
• Adherence to HIPAA privacy guidelines with integrity and professionalism.
