Role Overview
As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent working remotely, you will assist customers in understanding and selecting health insurance products that meet their needs. Your responsibilities include providing full lifecycle customer service, responding to inquiries with compassion, identifying additional customer needs, and facilitating sales or renewals of health plans.
Key Duties
- Help clients choose appropriate health coverage options
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Respond empathetically and efficiently to inquiries
- Identify opportunities for product upgrades
- Close sales and process renewals
Qualifications & Skills
- Current health insurance license in your state
- Minimum six months sales experience
- Strong customer service, active listening, and computer navigation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High-speed internet (>25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
- Adherence to HIPAA privacy guidelines and integrity
