About the role
This position is open to Washington residents. Travel and field work is expected throughout multiple geographic areas in Washington State but primarily within the Western Washington region, specifically in King, Pierce, and Thurston counties and will comprise approximately 35% of work time. Work may be performed remotely, from home, from the closest DOH facility, or an alternate location. As a vital member of the Medical Test Site Inspection & Investigation team, you’ll serve as an agency expert in health care facility inspections and complaint investigations of state-licensed and federally (CLIA) certified medical testing facilities recognized by CMS. Through timely, comprehensive, consistent, and fair inspections and investigations the Office of Health Systems Oversight (OHSO) supports the department’s mission to protect the public.
