Medical Specialist I-Allergy/ENT-Tampa Central
About the Role
The Medical Specialist (Sales Representative), Allergy/ENT will report to the District Manager, Allergy/ENT and be responsible for engaging Allergists and other key customers within an assigned geographical territory. You will present clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue, consistently deliver product goals, and demonstrate strong sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategy and executing tactics within key allergists in Dermatology and Respiratory therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
- Building strong working relationships with allergists, nurses, office staff, healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy groups.
- Collaborating with district colleagues, field-based teams, and home office personnel to address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends.
- Participating in and leading initiatives such as industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences.
- Operating with a high degree of integrity and compliance with all Regeneron policies and U.S. pharmaceutical promotion regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years in Dermatology, Respiratory, or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.
- Proven success in complex markets with diverse customer segments, demonstrating advanced clinically-based selling skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales goals, including experience with product launches.
- Passion for science and proactive in strengthening knowledge of disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
- Experience in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Ability to partner and collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners.
- Willingness to travel and cover large geographic territories.

Pay
Salary Range (annually): $143,500.00 - $187,500.00 (for roles in Canada).
