Medical Scheduler

About the role

This contract‑to‑hire position involves scheduling patient appointments and communicating appointment details. It requires the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality and to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers, and superiors on a daily basis. The role is hybrid‑based in Bloomington, IN 47406.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments
• Communicate information for each scheduled appointment
• Work well under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers, and superiors on a daily basis

Requirements

• 1+ year of call center experience
• Attention to detail with data entry

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.00 per hour.
