About the role

MaxHealth in Naples is seeking a full-time Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out functions, collect co-payments, schedule patients, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival with compassion
  • Schedule appointments
  • Aid patients with necessary forms and paperwork
  • Maintain confidentiality during daily tasks

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems
  • EMR/EHR experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology helpful
