About the role
MaxHealth in Naples is seeking a full-time Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out functions, collect co-payments, schedule patients, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival with compassion

- Aid patients with necessary forms and paperwork
- Maintain confidentiality during daily tasks
Requirements

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems
- EMR/EHR experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology helpful
