Primary Responsibility

• Ensuring Team Leads accomplish their responsibilities.
• Ensuring Department managers meet expectations.
• Ensuring Staff members follow company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring Training is completed.
• Implementing Operational initiatives assigned by executive leadership.
• Addressing problems promptly rather than allowing them to continue.
• Completing projects on time.
• Ensuring clinics operate consistently across all locations.
