About the role
The Medical Operations Coordinator (CVWHA) is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of various medical operations within the CVWHA facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and coordination of medical services
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
- Support the development and implementation of operational plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Experience with electronic health record systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
