Job Responsibilities
- Establishing and leading the oncology research program including clinical trials and translational initiatives.
- Providing comprehensive oncology care including diagnosis, staging, treatment planning, and longitudinal case management.
- Mentoring, training, and evaluating residents and interns.
- Active participation in rounds, teaching, and service activities.
- Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients regarding diagnosis, prognosis, quality of life, and end-of-life decisions.
