This role is designed for a physician who values continuity of care, strong relationships with patients and referring providers, and a sustainable practice model—supported by a broad oncology network rather than practiced in isolation.
Responsibilities
- Build a long-term, community-based practice at our Monroe Campus in the Poconos
- Collaborate with established medical oncologists across the St. Luke’s Cancer Network
- Participate in a balanced and sustainable shared call structure
- Benefit from comprehensive multidisciplinary support including oncology nurses, navigators, pharmacists, social workers, financial counselors, and research staff
- Enjoy fully integrated EPIC EMR, including Ambient AI documentation and clinical decision-support tools to reduce clerical burden
Requirements
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Medical Oncology
- Experience in community-based oncology practice
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with patients and referring providers
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Current medical license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
